  Dear Reader, There must be a better option out there. Not only did they lose my son's first chart where the treatment plan was written out and agreed upon by all parties (before my son had his first appointment!), but they were referred to me because they supposedly took my insurance. Well, that wasn't true, as I had the HMO version, and so we have now paid $185 monthly for almost 2 years. I finished paying off the contract today- in total- and requested an appointment for my son. Guess when they can get him in? April 25th!! 5 weeks away. The kicker is that you still pay a monthly fee every month after the contract is up until the braces are removed! So, they are getting at least another month out of us because they are too busy to give a sooner appointment. Thousands if dollars out of the pocket of a single mother for 2 years apparently isn't enough of my money. Be warned that you are simply a dollar sign to this operation. I don't know where to suggest for personal and timely treatment, I can just tell you it isn't there!
