  VERY RUDE STAFF "BLANCA" OR "BIANCA" LOCATED IN ATASCOCITA WHATEVER HER NAME WAS I JUST GOT MEDICAID FOR BOTH OF MY GIRLS THAT NEED TO BE SEEN BY A DR and instead of her doing her dam job and actually bring them in by getting information of the patients she started to ask if they are the assign drs that if not I needed to contact Medicaid and add them with out her even giving me no type of information of "her office" to give to medicaid.. MMM hello that's is your job

  All in all I liked the place, Dr. Karabinas is a good doctor and once when I was feeling ill myself the nurses where quick to help me which I appreciate. Unfortunately the front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional when I was having an issue with the billing lady, because every time I came they would have a magic additional bill pop up, but when my husband would bring our daughter they would never mention anything and would tell him everything was paid! He is the one who pays the insurance, then front desk lady comes to put her two cents in and rudely talks about my husband (who was not there at the time). She said oh yes I talked to him before he looks sort of Asian, quinted her eyes and laughed. My husband is Mexican btw, but she knew that how disrespectful. Sucks having to switch to another pediatrician over rude staff but thank you to Dr. Karabinas.
