Unfortunately, I have the OPPORTUNITY of his exceptional service internal and external from a LEFT broken ANKLE obtained August 28, 2014 in a cemetery funeral home. I was transported to Memorial Northeast Hospital and he was my ORTHOPEDIC doctor as well as my outpatient clinic doctor. If you are looking for a exceptional doctor, well Dr. Philmore Joseph MD is for you. He truly cares about the well-being of his patients and doesn't try to make BOGUS insurance claims and that INCLUDES medicare. Medicare is my insurance and it is unfortunately common for some individuals to MAKE false claims.
