- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible service! They really need to shut down if they're not going to take care of their clients. The woman on the phone is rude and is always quick to hang up while you're still talking and asking questions. Save yourself the stress and headache and go find another agent. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had house and car insurance there at one time. Ann Kosub was rude every time I talked with her. All she was interested in was taking my money. Customer service was lousy. She talked down to me like I was a moron, not the university graduate that I am. On the phone, all she wanted was to get rid of me. I filed a small claim ($700) once when I was sideswiped while sitting at a trafffic light at an intersection. Somehow she made that out to be 1/2 my fault, so my rates have been higher for years because of her. Needless to say I cancelled everything and went with Tim Bate's Allstate agency. So far so good. Allstate is buying me a roof. Mine was damaged by wind and hail. If I prevent one person from going to Kosub's, this was worthwhile.August 21, 2017by A Google User
